Thank you for your interest in joining the Minnesota Pipe Trades Association. How you go about joining depends on where you are in life and how much experience in the industry you have. Before you go any further, you may want to visit the video page, and watch the introduction to the Minnesota Pipe Trades, which gives a good overview of what the Minnesota Pipe Trades Association is.
Apprenticeship Programs
If you have little or no experience in the pipe trades and you are interested in becoming a Plumber, Pipefitter, Welder, or Sprinklerfitter, you will want to look into joining the appropriate registered apprenticeship program.
Start with the program that is closest to you geographically, if you are unsure of which program to join, please contact us, and we will help you choose which program is best for you.
